Booth Assignments

Booth assignments will be assigned based on booth preference designated at the time of registration. Exhibitors may submit booth location
preferences on the registration form. All efforts will be made to accommodate these preferences based on availability at the time of registration.

Booth Descriptions

All booths come with the following standard pieces: 3ft sidewalls, table, chairs, wastebasket and company identification sign.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Mixer Sponsorship: $2,500. This sponsorship gives companies the ability to brand the food stations and table tops with their company logo, custom push notifications with your branding and 5 minutes on the mic welcoming everyone to the event.

App Sponsorship: $2,500. Customize the splash screen on the official Midwest University app with your company logo. This screen is seen every time an attendee launches the app. Additional recognition on the conference program as app sponsor.

Charging Stations: $1,000 per station. 4 stations are available, discounts are available if you purchase more than one station. Grab the attention of attendees while they charge their mobile devices with charging stations sponsorship. This sponsorship allows companies to customize the top of the tables with your branding.

Conference WiFi: $1,500. This sponsorship allows companies to create the custom WiFi password that the attendees will use for logging into the conference network. Recognition as WiFi sponsor on conference agenda.

Conference Agenda Insert: $500. This sponsorship allows companies to have a printed ad placed in the conference agenda that is given out to all attendees at registration. 500 plus attendees will see your ad. All ads are 8 ½ x 11 can be single or double sided. We will do the printing and collating you just sent us the ad.
